Lori is a dedicated Leasing Professional with two decades of successful experience in the multifamily industry. Lori specializes in providing responsive customer support with the highest level of resident relations and believes in nurturing strong, lasting relationships with residents.

As a Mother of four and new Nana to two beautiful grandchildren, Lily and Maxwell, when she’s not helping people find their next home, she enjoys spending time with family, sunny days, watching reality TV and traveling the world with her soon-to-be (October, 2021) hubby – especially mountain vacations!

Lori joined the Landmark Team in August, 2020 and her personal motto is “Just Be Kind!”

Lee Konkoli

Lee is a resident of the Warehouse District and has been a member of the Landmark maintenance team since 2012. He has worked at all three Cleveland properties; Bridgeview Apartments, The Shoreline and today you will find him at the Perry Payne.

Lee is married to his high school sweetheart and has two great daughters. As you are walking through the Warehouse District you might see Lee walking his rescued pup Beans. He loves rebuilding classic cars in his free time.

Dan Ross

Dan Ross has been in the property management business for more than 30 years and has been The Director of Operations for The Landmark Companies since 2005. He is passionate about the transformation of Cleveland and Indianapolis’ urban residential neighborhoods. Dan is active in the community and the current President Elect of the North Ohio Apartment Association (2017).

Dan enjoys interacting with all our residents and “relishes in the uniqueness of every living space we have to offer”. He is an avid Cleveland sports fan and still holds The Browns season tickets, because he knows that the year he gives them up will be the year they win it all!! Dan turns to nature on the weekends and hikes 10-15 miles through the local northeast Ohio Metro Parks.

John M Carney

John joined The Landmark Companies in 2016 after seven years of living with his family in Australia. He’s an active real estate investor and returned to Cleveland to work on new developments and acquisitions for The Landmark Companies.

He is the author of ‘10,000 Miles to the American dream’, ‘Real Estate is A Team Sport’ and the host of the podcast, The Real Estate Locker Rooms Show.  John enjoys skiing, endurance events, traveling and spending time with his wife and two kids.

John currently holds an Ohio real estate sales license and a BA in Political Science from Miami University.

Michael Carney

Michael started with The Landmark Companies in 2002. He’s responsible for sourcing new acquisitions and the management of current Landmark assets. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation and the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation. Mike is considered an urban pioneer and is one of Downtown Cleveland’s loudest cheerleaders.

Mike’s an active donor to the Playhouse Square Foundation where enjoys taking in a variety of live shows. He holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Loyola University of Chicago.
